If you are having trouble installing your driver, you should use the Driver Update Utility for Jungo. It is a software utility that automatically finds, downloads and installs the right driver for your system. You can even backup your drivers before making any changes, and revert back in case there were any problems. The windrvr6.sys (WinDriver Device driver) file is a Windows driver. Generally, drivers are used by Windows to enable internal components like graphic cards and drives, or external devices, such as printers, backup media or input devices. Feb 26, 2014 I recommend to plug out the device and re-install the drivers (without uninstalling them first). Just to clarify, 'Jungo Connectivity' entry that you see in Device Manager is not a driver but a Device Type (similar to 'Ports (COM & LTP)', 'Network Adapters', etc.). The actual drivers are the entries of this drop-down.

Haven't seen this thing before, in 5+ years of running Windows 7 on Dell laptops. What is it?
I found a post allegedly from a Jungo employee, but still have no idea how that bloatware ended up on my system.

Jungo WinDriver is used to communicate with USB and PCI devices. Many companies use Jungo for their hardware so it's impossible to tell how it ended up on your system.
Consult their website for more information.http://www.jungo.com/st/products/windriver/
I can confirm Jungo is installed when Vernier Logger Pro® is installed. Completely harmless. I believe it is used for communicating with scientific usb data loggers. It's a generic, reliable library so Vernier does not have to start off from scratch.
