Hey everyone, I was using my G3 like normal today when it suddenly shut off mid-use. It then powered back on, displaying the LG booting screen. However, instead of going to the verizon logo it then went to a black screen that says as follows:

1. Volume Up: Dload mode.

2. Volume Down: Reboot.

If you choose Dload Mode,

Please do the following action.

1. Dload mode. Please connect USB.

2. Get the ram dump image using QPST Configuration.

I have selected the reboot option multiple times but that does not work. Occasionally I will get a different error screen where the line 'Kernel Crash!' Is replaced with Tz crash or HW Reset. But the end result is the same. I really don't know how to fix this issue, I have tried googling it but most of the discussions on the topic are out of my understanding. Things that I have tried that have not worked:
