CutePDF is a very light weight cloud based PDF writing software that is very easy to install and use. It basically installs itself as a printer within Windows. It has some cool features like cropping and combining pdfs into a single pdf. Overall, we are very happy with this software. In the Add a Device dialog box, select Add a local printer. If the option is not visible, click The printer that I want isn't listed. In the Add Printer dialog box, select Add a Local Printer or Network printer with Manual Settings.

3. Do you receive any error message?
4. Do you mean 'Windows Explorer CutePDF Writer is not showing as a printer' or 'Internet Explorer CutePDF Writer is not showing as a printer'?

Method 1:
If the CutePDF printer is showing under Devices and Printer means it is showing under Internet Explorer.
You may try these and check.
a. When you try Ctrl + P in Internet Explorer, the print dialog windows opens up.
b. Under the General tab, Select printer, and move the horizontal scroll bar and check if you are able to find the CutePDF printer.
c. If yes, then select it. Else, click on Add printer and then add the CutePDF printer as a local printer and then try to print.
