First click and follow this link to download macOS Sierra. Click on the 'Get' button, that will automatically redirect to the Software Update control panel. Then click the Download button, and macOS Sierra will download into your mac.

With Patch tool by DDork, you can download from Github site. Right click on 'win-install' and select 'Run as administrator'.
Step 4: Create New Virtual Machine

Turn on your virtual machine in VMware, wait about 5 min to enter your Boot Screen. Then, open Disk utility. Format your VMware Virtual Disk with 'Mac OS Extended' and 'GUID Partition Map'. And you can install macOS Sierra on your Virtual Disk.
Waiting about 20 min. After your installation is completed and you can create a new account for your Mac.
